Juvenile Drug Court
Juvenile Drug Court provides court-supervised treatment services to youth ages 10 to 17 who have no previous record or gang affiliation and have been charged with a non-violent drug possession offense. Youth in Juvenile Drug Court can receive:
The program offers treatment for substance abuse through:
- Outpatient drug treatment
- Individual and family therapy
- Mental health services
- In-home support services (case management and family problem solving)
- Follow up treatment as a probation alternative
Through a contract with Tarrant County Juvenile Services, Lena Pope provides assessments and in-home family support services that are used in the Juvenile Drug Court Program. The family support services that Lena Pope provides are a key part in the long term success of youth in Juvenile Drug Court.
