Early Learning Classroom Aides
Lauren Doane - Program Evaluation Coordinator
At Lena Pope our motto is, “once a Lena Pope kid, always a Lena Pope kid.” Our Early Learning Center children are no exception. Lena Pope follows the long-term outcomes for children who advance beyond our education programs through a longitudinal student evaluation. This study provides valuable data to guide our programs. Students who attend Lena Pope Early Learning Centers are assessed on social/emotional skills and engagement at school. As part of the Lena Pope team, Lauren Doane stays connected with our ELC families as they transition into kindergarten and beyond.
